You may have noticed the month-long gap since my last post. I’ve been busy trying to find a new job.
Our lot is on the side of a tall hill/short mountain and the terrain is quite sloped so one of the first steps in the process is to have a topographic map of the building site created. We requested that last month but rain interfered for a while then the survey crew informed us that the lot was so overgrown (it is a jungle) that they could not do the job until the underbrush had been chopped.
